Key job responsibilities
Design and Execution:
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure comprehensive and scalable project documentation for manufacturing
Partner with Electrical and Controls Engineering to complete electrical schematics, BOMs, I/O’s.
Support safety certification of projects (CE, UL, CSA, TUV, etc.)
Project Management:Ensure technical, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved
Detailed Engineering:
Execute detailed design evolution of modules and subsystems, considering material specifications and geographic requirements
Generate mechanical Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Align designs with continuous improvement goals and platform/project level initiatives
Collaboration and Optimization:Contribute to the optimization of designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and performanceKey aspects of MSP's work include:
• Customer-Centric Approach: The team works backwards from deep customer insights to deliver solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Operational Integration: MSP develops solutions that integrate smoothly into both brownfield and greenfield deployments, prioritizing safety in all implementations.

Master in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent by experience
Proficiency in CAD and PLM software
Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Knowledge of SolidWorks, Teamcenter, simulation and FEA
• Experience in the design of mechanical products and equipment at volume
• GD&T, and manufacturing process knowledge
• Understanding of packaging machinery safety standards
• Operations experience in a manufacturing environment
