Honeywell Senior Field Service Technician Kuwait 968199110
You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our Kuwait City location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our field service operations, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with Honeywell products and systems
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and field service technicians
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and customer interactions
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service or technical support roles
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience with Honeywell products and systems
• Certifications in relevant technical areas
• Customer-focused mindset
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
