Your day to day:
The day-to-day work includesduties include
Senior Product and Commercial Leaders,and other key cross-functional leaders tooptimizeeconomic performanceand product delivery
Support organizations overall financial budget (expense, FTE, etc.)
and manage agendas town halls, staff meetings and product performance tracking forums
and execute on organizational efficiency opportunities
Assess upcoming industry trends for commercial and strategic impact
Drive strong organizational morale and engagement
Illustrate a deep understanding of thepaymentsecosystem and the ecommerce landscape
will be self-motivated and able to act with a high degree of independence
What do you need to bring:
At least5years of experience acrossthe
Superb writing, meeting facilitation,PowerPointand overall communication skills
Strong collaborative and influencing skills, with experience working across teams to drive results. Experience working with product and engineering is a plus
requires“big picture” thinking so high-value opportunities can be prioritized and low-value ones can be set aside
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn all the facets of our products and processes.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Excel
Degreerequired, MBA or quantitative degree preferred, but not mandatory
