Your day to day:

The day-to-day work includesduties include

  • Senior Product and Commercial Leaders,and other key cross-functional leaders tooptimizeeconomic performanceand product delivery

  • Support organizations overall financial budget (expense, FTE, etc.)

  • and manage agendas town halls, staff meetings and product performance tracking forums

  • and execute on organizational efficiency opportunities

  • Assess upcoming industry trends for commercial and strategic impact

  • Drive strong organizational morale and engagement

  • Illustrate a deep understanding of thepaymentsecosystem and the ecommerce landscape

  • will be self-motivated and able to act with a high degree of independence

What do you need to bring:

  • At least5years of experience acrossthe

  • Superb writing, meeting facilitation,PowerPointand overall communication skills

  • Strong collaborative and influencing skills, with experience working across teams to drive results. Experience working with product and engineering is a plus

  • requires“big picture” thinking so high-value opportunities can be prioritized and low-value ones can be set aside

  • Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn all the facets of our products and processes.

  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point and Excel

  • Degreerequired, MBA or quantitative degree preferred, but not mandatory
