Job responsibilities
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ability to present, articulate and communicate clearly (in all forms – written, verbally) is a must ;
- 3-7 years proven working experience in Project & Program management;
- Proven Experience with Agile methodologies 1-3 years;
- Structure, plan, coordinate and track project execution with constant software releases that are composed by multi-disciplinary systems and areas;
- Ability to understand business processes and map them to solutions;
- Working with multiple local and global team of developers and infrastructure;
- Be a role model and coordinate the admin and technical work done by other team members;
- Experience supporting technology to
Banking products, such as Payments, Liquidity, FX, Rates / Fixed Income, Trading, Back office processes, etc.;
- Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution;
- Experience working in a Product Oriented Organization with multiple disciplines and roles;
- Experience working in high mission critical environments;
- Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods;
- Communication, Stakeholder management and risk management
- Project Management Professional (PMP, PMI-ACP), Scrum (PSM, PSPO), Disciplined Agile (DASM, DASSM, DAVSC), Product Owner (CSPO, A-CSPO) certifications are a plus;
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology related field of study or equivalent work experience;
- Experience with project management software tools
