What you'll do
- Establish partnership within Global Demand Center, the Integrated Demand Team and DC Regional Hubs teams for strategy and design of digital marketing programs.
- Serves as go-to person to support the design of DG programs that leverage the right best practices and templates to reach desired campaigns KPIs.
- Understand detailed requests from the field and global marketing teams, synthesize information and ensure it aligns with project goal and intent.
- Produce marketing campaign assets including HTML emails, nurtures, landing pages, and other components of Marketing Automation campaigns in Marketo.
- Perform thorough Quality Assurance, understand data compliance rules/guidelines (ex: GDPR).
- Make recommendations to improve the efficiency of program build/design based on the Marketo capabilities.
- Report on campaign performance, including results of any tests.
What you bring
- Strong Marketing background is a benefit (Marketo, SAP Marketing Cloud or other industry MA platforms).
- Experience of advanced features of Marketo and/or ability to upskill to understand and utilize these features.
- Strong digital marketing skillset – Focus on campaign setup and optimization to maximize outcomes (KPIs= contact capture conversion, email/asset engagement, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication in English as well as interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn new systems and acquire technical skills quickly, problem-solving attitude with strong analytical skills.
- Outstanding attention to details to drive flawless execution and manage multiple workstreams.
- Ability to manage key initiatives and conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, and drive results.

As a Marketing Operation Associate, you will be owning the deployment of multi-channel campaigns in SAP’s new marketing automation system: Marketo. You will own the execution of the strategic Integrated Demand Plans (IDPs) in the system, as well as other large projects such the promotion of Tier-1 & Tier-2 events, and smaller project coming from the Global Center and the Field. Deliverables include emails, nurture streams, subscriptions, newsletters, campaign landing pages and various other components of multi-channel campaigns, as well as ensuring the accuracy of the final product with a rigorous quality assurance process. Working with the strategic marketing campaign leads from the Global Demand Center and the Field, you will participate in team meetings preparing the campaigns and provide input and guidance on the marketing tactics. As part of a larger project team, you will be the main Marketo expert and will implement industry best practices and continuous measurement and optimization of the outcomes.
