Paid Campaign Strategy, Execution, & Performance Management
• Help Microsoft achieve commercial demand generation business goals by leading the development of innovative performance media strategies and plans, working with our agency to ensure accurate media execution and optimization, and delivering campaign reporting and insights to stakeholders.
• Apply your knowledge of paid media to recommend plans that deliver efficient and effective media mixes, innovation and testing that achieve campaign goals.
• Utilize analytics and data insights to drive media performance.
• Ensure fiscal compliance by partnering closely with internal and agency finance and media partners to ensure all campaigns stay within budget parameters and comply with finance requirements.
• Ensure accurate campaign creative delivery, tagging, naming conventions, and brand safety protocols by coordinating closely with stakeholders, ad operations, and agency teams.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Build strong relationships with internal Microsoft marketing product teams to learn and understand their business objectives and campaign goals.
• Inspire other team members to collaborate effectively together and work across campaigns to develop a seamless consumer journey.
• Media Industry Expertise & Innovation
• Demonstrate interest and understanding of media trends across demand generation and media landscape, content syndication, social, display, audio, search and programmatic tactics and the unique role each one should play to deliver meaningful media efforts grounded in audience insights, data, and measurement plan.
• Help advance Microsoft’s thought-leadership and testing within ad/media/data landscape to combat industry challenges.
