Your key responsibilities

  • Lead a team of ServiceNow specialists on App Engine Studio development projects.
  • Design and develop complex workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications.
  • Provide technical coaching and mentoring to junior developers on ServiceNow scripting.
  • Define solution scope and deliver technical advisory services to support clients implementing ServiceNow programs of work.
  • Translate client requirements into workable solutions, including creating architecture design documentation and ServiceNow roadmaps.
  • Create and maintain platform implementation roadmaps while providing hands-on support for detailed design and implementation.
  • Demonstrate product and technical leadership throughout ServiceNow engagements.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional analysts, solution architects, and delivery managers to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong ability to define architectural and design-level technical solutions aligned with client business needs.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including solution design and implementation.
  • Successful delivery of at least 2 full ServiceNow projects, preferably involving App Engine and Service Portal.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow integration technologies (SSO, SAML, SSL, SOAP/REST Web Services, LDAP, JDBC/ODBC).
  • Proficiency in CSDM 3.0 framework and familiarity with popular coding languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong, credible relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage tasks independently while contributing to the team’s capability development.
  • Ideally, You’ll Also Have
    • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS).
    • Consulting experience with client-facing roles.
    • Prior experience in Singapore Government projects.
