Relevant years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
Relevant years experience working on technical projects.
Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert,Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
