Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Program Management experience, including 5+ years leading multiple complex programs.
• Experience working in matrixed environment, across locations and leading with influence.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and consultative skills driving effective decision-making.
• Self-starter with an attention to detail, flexibility to innovate under new and/or changing conditions.
• Effective communication of objectives, plans and status while clearly focusing on critical key points.
• Proven problem-solving ability while unearthing & managing risks effectively.
• Experience in Platform organization, exposure to Identity domain and PMP Certification are a plus.
