What you'll do:
As Global Account Manager for Robert Bosch GmbH (f/m/d), you will be responsible for building strong, long-term customer relationships, driving SAP strategy and customer innovation, adoption, delivering value via SAP solutions, and ensuring that customer business objectives are met.
- Drive sales and consumption efforts, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Lead the (virtual & extended) account team and coordinate all roles across the customer, for both content and strategy
- Drive customer value realization based on agreed business outcomes, including renewals, expansions, and upsells
- Strategic account support and group-wide positioning of SAP as the preferred strategic enterprise software and IT platform partner
- Professional and sales-focused support for business and central areas of the global account
- Utilize expert governance and stakeholder management skills
- Interpret consumption data and drive insights to action
- Ensuring sustainable annual sales in cloud, license and consulting while also driving growth across in all areas by increasing the SAP footprint within the customer
- Demonstrate deep expertise in SAP solution portfolio with detailed understanding of the support processes and organization
- Recognizing the customer's medium to long-term potential (2-5 year horizon)
- Development and implementation of an SAP strategy for account development, opportunity management and customer value
- Control of cloud and license opportunities in close cooperation with consulting, and partners and internal stakeholders
- Driving and ensuring ongoing co-innovation projects in coordination with the Industry Cloud Program, IBSO, SAP development and IBU
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required (MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of experience supporting and leading sales cycles and transformation projects in large accounts
- Strong people, diplomatic and political skills at all levels, as well as experience in de-escalation management
- Excellent understanding of the SAP product and service portfolio and strong market and industry knowledge in the Discrete Manufacturing and Automotive industries among others
- Proven ability to manage highly complex organizations and apply risk-mitigation strategies
- Strong business development, commerical, project management and deal support skills
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication and presentation skills in both German and English
