Project Manager
to manage complex projects for Honeywell Building Solutions Security projects. You will be required to prepare, plan, execute & control all aspects of the project either directly or through delegation with the project team and key technology and consulting partners. You will also be monitoring and controlling financials, works schedule, resources (including subcontractors) as well as managing the project stakeholders (internal and external).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive strategy and delivery of complex projects
- Deploy standard methodologies, control of projects including management of budgets and reporting
- Manage day to day operations of projects including subcontractors and key partners
- Develop trusting relationships with customers
- Devise and implement risk management programs and manage overall project risk and regular communications
- Undertake detailed planning and scheduling of the project and manage resource allocation
- Ensure the design solution is fit for purpose in meeting the project requirements
- Provide regular and accurate estimate at completion of costs for the project
- New process development and introduction sub-project
- Maintain the project Safety Plan and EH&S responsibilities within the team
