• Handling of customer complaints and customer replies to ensure satisfaction and uphold quality standards
• Responces to customer questions
• Handling of deviations (transportation/temperature) to maintain compliance and high quality of Teva products
• Communication with warehouse and manufacturers on quality-related matters, ensuring seamless operations
• Participation in audits of the compliance of the Quality Management System, driving continuous improvement
• Participation in internal meetings and collaborating with colleagues in the quality organization and in other departments in the company
• Contribution to monthly reporting of metrics/KPI’s highlighting areas for improvement and celebrating successes

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (Farmaseutti) (or a related field in the natural sciences)
• Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a drive to improve processes
• A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving work environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent in Finnish with a strong command of English
