• Coordinate a variety of network automation projects; including custom software development projects and other network management related engagements
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
• Work with practice leads and technical primes to ensure resource availability and allocation
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Measure project performance: drive solutions to all risks, report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, local Nokia account teams, and third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain appropriate project documentation
• Conduct post-project analysis and lessons-learned retrospectives to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement
• Work with delivery managers to refine software project delivery process
• Draw on peers and documentation to learn and apply standard framework and available best practices

• Overall 7+ years with 1-2 years coordinating activity and a college or university level degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science or Engineering
• Education in business management and or project management an asset
• Experience managing client-facing engagements
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Ideally working knowledge of project management tools and best practices
