Qualifications

Experiences Required: Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge

  • 7+ years experience working in business partnerships through selling or consulting with enterprise customers, equally considered will be 5+ years of experience driving digital transformation from within the enterprise customer.
  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred; or equivalent experience
  • Experience in influence-without-authority (networking / orchestration with 50+ internal and external people) in global environments
  • Demonstrated ability to understand how to run business and commercial models (including, but not limited to, portfolio management, P&L ownership, business planning)
  • Embody "we-before-me" mindset
  • An industry mastery of any kind is required (i.e. Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, Telco, Media etc.)
  • Experience in serving Go Global enterprises preferred.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities

  • Strategy development with multi-phase execution and delivery
  • Background in large-scale, multi-year enterprise change management
  • Executive communications, engagement and influence
  • Knowledgeable of the Microsoft partner ecosystem and programs
  • Technology background preferred
Responsibilities
  • Develops and oversees the execution of account plans by utilizing standardized sales and delivery methodologies within the Microsoft sales organization for multiple accounts. Ensures that engagements generate high-volume sales for both Microsoft and the customer, aligning with set goals, outcomes, and forecasts. Leads multiple, diverse, and high-performing teams, coordinating with internal industry experts on account planning and execution for various accounts. Identifies initial stakeholders, understands customer needs and priorities, and proposes preliminary solutions and sales strategies. Applies strong sales acumen to establish action items and approaches that drive significant opportunities and foster new business growth based on customer strategy and priorities.
  • Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.
  • Orchestrate full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure we are focused on delivering customer outcomes across the customer lifecycle to build deep trust with Microsoft.
  • Industry Relevant Trusted Seller – Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customer’s business, industry priorities to drive new business opportunities/ drive growth/net new business.
  • Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.
