Your key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop wayfinder’s SharePoint to ensure positive CX for all users, including ownership of up-to-date user guides on how all processes work to ensure that the wider wayfinder team can maintain catalogue uptime during periods of leave. Taking direction from the Lead Facilitator and working alongside the technical resource, build out and implement the phased strategy for the catalogue in line with available investment and plan for digital advancements.
- Review all assets through lens of mass consumption and ensure the positioning is right for potential audiences.
- Ensure catalogue credibility, removing assets that are end of life keeping asset credentials relevant and up to date based on input provided from solution owners and wayfinder facilitators.
- Identify tagging gaps in catalogue for facilitator’s attention to address.
- Track user engagement across general SharePoint and curated workshop packs and provide reporting to support.
- Ensure catalogue cards are always suitable for specific audiences and managing the archive of past workshops.
- Ensure catalogue compliance with EY’s global standards (PIA, Infosec etc.) with support from RTH.
