You will join us as a Associate Partner Manager in our Seller Services business. As part of the role, you will be responsible for on-boarding and growing Selling Partners on the Fulfillment by Amazon program. In addition, you will work with the product team on supporting the development and roll-out of new features for the program.Key job responsibilities
- Prospect, call, qualify and close online merchants that deliver competitive selection, pricing and product availability.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience including past experience of sales or marketing experience in E-Commerce, retail technology, SaaS, or software.
- Strong analytical skills including Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to successfully influence at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
- A passion for developing an engaging customer user experience with demonstrated ability to translate client needs into business and product requirements.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience building relationships and driving growth with existing customers/partners.
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, product management or management consulting.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with databases, SQL and CRM tools is advantageous but not essential.
