RSr Sales Ops Specialist:
Responsibilities Develop and install meaningful Sales and Commercial Analytics that capture key performance indicators, linking back to targets and driving tangible actions where necessary to meet the individual sales target.
Drive the best practice usage of world class CRM through Salesforce.com
Drive the implementation of regional Sales MOS (Management Operating System).
Work cross-functionally with Leadership, Sales and other associated functions to gather inputs and drive the weekly review of forecast and create the material required for reviews at the local and regional level each week.
Act as first delegate for the General Manager in Sales Excellence related reviews and weekly GBE reviews of the forecast and the sales pulse.
Works closely with Global Analytics/Compensation team to deliver analytical requirements for the region. Sales Incentive Plan and execution
Requirements Adept at Data Handling, Data Cleaning, Data Presentation, Analytics & Problem Solving.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel / Tableau / Automation tools / PPT.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM, Dashboards & Reports.
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication, excellent Presentation skills.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, specifically in Advanced Excel and PPT.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
5+ years of Sales or Sales Operations experience preferred.
