GlobalEngineering Services is the key largescale engineering, productivity, newgrowth initiative and process standardization enabler for HPS and outside HPS.With the largest skilled engineering pool available to PAS, LSS, HCP and Cyberand ready to expand to other GBEs, GES helps win GMPs and executes them, doesdesign, engineer and execute all the other PAS, LSS, HCI and Cyber projectsbased out of major engineering centers at India, China, Bucharest andUzbekistan, helps all the LOBs to carry out engineering and processstandardization to improve the engineering quality and productivity and alsosupports all the LOBs in supporting migrations and long-term service contracts. The Key performance Indicator (KPI)and Data Reconciliation Lead will be responsible for design, lead and execute KPImonitoring solutions for process, Equipment and Energy and Yield Accountingsolutions for the Refining, Oil and Gas, Chemical, Power and Mining Industries Key Responsibilities Lead the technical delivery of the project right from design to closure.
Create Design documents- FDS, DDS, test procedures and training manuals. Track and manage progress as per schedule. Report progress to all stakeholders on regular basis.
Design and build performance and analytical models for new equipment types.
Design and build models for process scenarios. Plan the engineering activities and ensure progress as per plan.
YOU MUST HAVE 7-12 years’ experience in designing and implementing Key performance Indicator and Data Reconciliation solutions for refining, petrochemical, mining, power, or other chemical industries
Excellent understanding and knowledge of the Equipment, Energy, and process Monitoring KPI’s in the Refining and chemical process industries.
Able to Identify, define and build KPI for equipment, process and Energy parameters for various process units and Departments.
Experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures
Working experience of integration with other systems using OPC, OLEDB, ODBC and web services. We Value

YOU MUST HAVE

• BE/B.Tech/M. Tech in Chemical, Instrumentation or Computer Science Engineering.
