The Operations Processing Analyst is responsible for executing complex transactions and participating in complex processes. The overall objective is to act as a subject matter expert while processing regular transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Process regular transactions including cash, payments, receivables, and other related tasks
• Ensure transactions are processed efficiently, act as a SME (subject matter expert) and recommend process improvements
• Perform regulatory reporting
• Evaluate and recommend solutions to problems through data analysis, technical experience and precedent
• Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables with internal and external parties
• Contribute to and collaborate with cash & payments operations project management as needed
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets
• Adhere to Citigroup policies and procedures as well as applicable laws, rules and regulations
• Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices
• Act as a backup to the Trade Operations officer when needed

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience preferred
• Fundamental comprehension of financial industry regulations
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Effective communication and analytical skills
• Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive
  Fluent in both written and verbal English and Arabic (French is an asset)
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

• Bachelor’s/Universitydegree
