You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. This includes reviewing designs for testability, developing manufacturing test plans, executing them, troubleshooting issues found during early prototype stages and transition to manufacturing. Compile and analyze production test data using automated data analysis techniques. You should be passionate about the role testing plays in achieving product reliability and quality. Applying skills in developing new test processes, test automation and debug is expected.Key job responsibilities
* Develop and implement detailed validation plans tailored to specific hardware designs
* Collaborate with design and production teams to understand and test against product requirements
* Analyze and interpret data from validation tests, offering insights and recommendations
* Design and document validation processes, findings, and insights in a structured and clear manner
* Component specification study and component validation
* Oversee and plan the use of validation equipment to guarantee consistent results
* Work cross-functionally to troubleshoot and address any hardware issues identified during validation
* Second source qualification, cost down design validation and manufacturing efficiencies
* Support new product introduction and Sustaining engineering

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering
- 5+ years experience of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems
- Experience performing PCB schematic and layout reviews to ensure specification compliance
- Knowledge of Power and thermal design and validation
- Experience performing hardware validation, including high-speed I/O, low-speed I/O, voltage regulator and evaluating results
