Job Responsibilities
- Oversee data environment and system readiness of middle office systems.
- Ensure data integrity through ongoing validation tests.
- Reconcile positions, transactions, and indicative data across systems.
- Enter client portfolio requests into workflow tools.
- Escalate operational incidents early and conduct root cause analysis.
- Deliver consistent results while managing multiple tasks independently.
- Adapt to changing environments and implement new processes efficiently.
- Run, prepare, and distribute MIS reports of business and operational data.
- Partner with middle office, operations, and technology teams to resolve issues.
- Manage deliverables while servicing ad hoc queries and requests.
- Document and improve operational processes for enhanced efficiency.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrate strong academic background with minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Apply process automation skills using Python, Alteryx, SQL, and VBA.
- Communicate complex issues clearly and effectively.
- Prioritize tasks with a strong sense of urgency and execution.
- Drive process changes and efficiencies in a growing business area.
- Understand investment products with a control-oriented mindset.
- Interpret results from internal clients and proactively prevent issues.
