In this position...

• As a Software Engineer, you will join a team that executes roadmap of products for PS&L Global Quality Issue Management, within FCSD Tech.
• Work on a balanced product team to deliver OKR outcomes, and other committed deliverables.
• Demonstrate Agile personality and Software Craftsmanship mindset for contributing and leading the agile team for quality deliverables.
• Demonstrate Ford+ Behaviors and find opportunities in all areas (Innovation, Cost savings, Efficiency, Learning & Development)
• Support S/4HANA Transition - Play a key role in the migration of existing QIM FRICE objects in ECC to S4
• Support migration of SAP QIM to SAP QIR.
