What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and track Chip equipment / HW.

• Execution of equipment expansion plans and sustaining activities directly with suppliers.

• Analyzing data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.

• HW Development activity PMO, making sure convergence with business needs.

• Equipment development/DOE working closely with engineering.

• Developing visual management systems and tools.

• Sourcing and equipment vendor management: Forecast ownership and KPI tracking.

What We Need To See:

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience

• 4+ years’ experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment in the Chip industry

• Seasoned manufacturing engineer.

• Knowledge and experience in Semiconductor industry (Fabless company – Advantage)

• Excellent analytical skills in Excel and PowerPoint

• Performs well in an intensive and dynamic environment.

• Experience working with multicultural supply chain (Advantage)
