The role manages an extensive data ecosystem including: Data warehouse and Data lake environments, multiple AWS services like Athena, S3, Glue, RedShift, Neptune, reporting tools like Q, Tableau and Grafana.- Earn Trust: Serves as mentor and guide, fostering technical excellence environments
- Learn and Be Curious: Stays at the forefront of BI technologies, particularly supporting System Intrinsic AI initiatives- Ownership: Develops comprehensive technical roadmaps and ensures operational readiness
- Dive Deep & Invent and Simplify: Establishes robust data quality frameworks and standardizes processes for efficiency- Bias for Action: Maintains operational excellence through efficient resource planning and project delivery
- Frugality: Optimizes operations and identifies automation opportunities- Technical expertise in managing complex data platforms- Strategic thinking to drive data platform evolution
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions

- 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience
- 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with ETL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software

- 4+ years of working with very large data warehousing environment experience
- 10+ years of data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding experience
