What You'll Do

• Oversee setting up tools that will empower teams to release and maintain applications autonomously.
• Plan, install, and deploy highly-availability solutions in public cloud.
• Be the DevOps "champion" in the organisation, helping Scrum teams to stay on top of the latest trends and tools.
• Design, develop, and support various tools and applications related to CI/CD infrastructure, microservices, and cloud services.
• Collaboratively design new features and work closely with our engineering and operations team to build, integrate, test, and deploy your amazing innovations and algorithms into our production systems.
• Learn about hyperscale environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud and ensure products run reliably and optimally in these environments.
• Develop, test, and maintain build systems, CI/CD frameworks, and deployment tools. Automate and streamline deployment processes.

What You Bring

• Passion for learning new technologies and programming skills.
• Strong technical problem solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
• Proven experience in a DevOps role managing large-scale software and distributed systems
• Good technical understanding of the intersection of development and operations (DevOps), monitoring/management/deployment tools and processes.
• Experience with public cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Tech You Bring

• AWS management and migrations services for MSSQL systems.
• Experience with AWS/Azzure as well as container technologies, CFN, SSM, etc...
• Core database administration competencies including high-availability, recoverability (backup\restore), installation and configuration, security, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Experience with programming languages: Have proficiency with Python and/or PowerShell.
• Supporting relational databases in an enterprise-level production environment.
• Able to support on-call rotation.
