What you will do:

  • Assist VP of Commercial Sales with day to day business management requirements by proactively following up and tracking milestones agreed.

  • Collaborate closely with the five APAC Regional Commercial Leaders (RCLs) and the two Sub-Segment Leaders (Corporate and Territory) to ensure APAC Commercial Strategy is implemented, reviewed and analysed as per set review cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc)

  • Manage weekly Commercial forecasting meetings, ensuring consistency in methodology and reports while improving efficiency and cadence. Plus, be responsible for coordinating and / or running All Hands calls, special projects, global QBRs and be the APAC SPOC (single point of contact) for APAC Commercial Sales team

  • Analyze business performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering recommendations with measurable impact.

  • Design and implement customer programs aligned with strategic goals and bookings objectives in partnership with segment leaders and the Global Commercial team.

  • Manage program execution across customer, internal teams, and partner channels, working closely with marketing, business units, and the Partner Ecosystem team.

  • Develop enablement resources, including sales kits and guides, for sales teams and partners to drive program adoption and success.

  • Monitor program progress, gather feedback, and refine initiatives for optimal impact and innovation.

  • Measure success using tools like Salesforce.com, Eloqua, and Tableau, focusing on pipeline generation and bookings metrics.

What you will bring:

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across a wide range of senior stakeholders at a regional / global level

  • Have the presence and confidence representing the APAC Commercial Leadership team in regional and global meetings when required

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and regions.

  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Tableau, and Eloqua, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term planning.

  • Ability to prioritize and focus in a complex fast-paced environment.

  • Additional language skills are a plus.
