With your expertise in logistics management and strong analyticalskills, you will develop strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and customersatisfaction.You will report directly to our L,and you’ll work out of ourlocation on a hybrid workschedule.In this role, you will impact the company by streamlining logistics processes,reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Your ability to analyzedata, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions willcontribute to the success of our logistics operations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute logistics strategies to enhance efficiency andreduce costs.
• Manage the end-to-end supply chain, fromprocurement to delivery, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment.
• Optimize transportation routes, modes, and carriers to minimize costswhile meeting delivery timelines.
• Validate freight charges to ensure costeffectiveness and accuracy. Verify and process freight invoices.
• Collaborate with cross functional departmentsto execute deliverables, day-to-day tasks, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, andthird-party logistics providers to establish strong partnerships and streamlineoperations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevantregulations and safety standards for hazardousshipping regulations under IATA, IMDG and DOT.
• Ensure compliancewith all U.S. export regulation andspecific country requirements of each destination.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders acrossthe organization.
• Preparation of international documentation such as customs invoices,packing lists, certificates of origin, shipper’s letter of instruction, inlandbill of lading, and any other required documentation for transportation.

The annual base salary range for this position is $59000.00 -$76000.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a generalguideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well asmarket and business considerations.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong Knowledge of all transportation modes: sea, air, road and rail, LCL, FCL, & Special Equipment.
• Strong Knowledge of warehousing, and inventory management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using logistics management software and tools.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
