WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

  • Act as Global Process Owner for B2B Pricing and Trade Term Management within the O2C stream.
  • Design and enhance Condition Contract Management (CCM) processes in SAP S/4HANA for rebates, on-invoice and off-invoice discounts, ensuring flawless process execution.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders (Sales Directors) to align pricing and contract agreements, ensuring consistency between ERP design and market requirements.
  • Lead the replication of agreed processes from ERP enhancements across multiple countries and regions.
  • Drive process standardization, simplification, and automation initiatives globally.
  • Conduct GAP analysis, propose solutions, and prioritize system enhancements.
  • Manage rollouts to new countries as the primary contact for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Partner with Corporate Finance, Sales Operations, and Tech Delivery Hubs to ensure data quality, compliance, and internal controls.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Proficient spoken and written command of English.
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • 8+ years of experience in O2C processes with a focus on Trade Term and Pricing Management, Rebates, and Contract Management .
  • Solid understanding of SAP SD and FI modules, preferably with hands-on experience in S/4HANA Conditional Contract Management (CCM) .
  • Experience in large-scale ERP rollouts and business transformation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, especially in collaborating with Sales and Finance teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to challenge stakeholders and simplify complex processes .
  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and digital transformation (preferential).
  • Ability to say no and challenge business requirements when necessary to enforce standardization.
