Responsibilities
Sales Execution
Scaling & Collaboration – Leads Support Sales Planning & Orchestration to drive customer value and enable cloud consumption through co-terminus and enhanced solutions. Proactively drive engagements and deal closure by identifying and aligning internal stakeholders across all commercial solution areas as well as leveraging and expanding relationships with partners.
Technical Expertise – Leverages and shares competitor knowledge across solution areas as a subject matter expert and implements strategies to position Microsoft against competitors in customer communication. Holistic value of MSFT platform and solutions to evaluate opportunities and make recommendatios on pursuit or withdrawal.
Sales Excellence –Manages the end-to-end sales and delivery success of the assigned area; conducts forecasting for accounts and develops a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities aimed at maintaining levels of customer satisfaction. Engages with stakeholders on business analysis and planning and contributes to exploring business and emerging opportunities to optimize the portfolio and support customer innovation.
