What You Need to Know About the Role

Your Day-to-Day
Lead proactive identification and resolution of complex customer problems by defining gaps in their journey, advocating for customer needs, and influencing product direction through user research and data insights.
Utilize insights to effectively shape customer-centric product strategies, acting as a crucial liaison between design, product management, and engineering teams.
Demonstrate mastery in design tools and techniques, establishing and maintaining high standards.
Use design systems, style guides, patterns, and assets to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences for developers, contributing to system enhancement based on specific developer needs.
Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders, refining communication skills to clearly and persuasively articulate design rationales, influencing not just immediate teams but the entire organization.
Drive organizational change by improving workflows, advocating for user-centric design, implementing new technologies, and promoting innovative approaches.
What You Need to Bring
Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years or Master's degree with 4-5 years of experience in design, research, or related fields, showcasing a proven track record of leadership and impact in previous roles.
Extensive experience designing products and platforms, including native apps, emphasizing exceptional user experiences for consumer and enterprise audiences, with expertise in systems design.
Knowledge or expertise in financial services or related fields is highly advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Proficiency with standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro, Asana, and similar platforms, effectively leveraging these tools to drive design excellence and innovation.
Demonstrated curiosity and a passion for pushing boundaries, delighting customers, and making a meaningful impact, coupled with a strong commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Comfort in ambiguity and ability to demonstrate your previous work through sound storytelling
