Possess strong knowledge on US Tax and Financial securities (1099 / W8, W9 / 1042S)
Ensure accurate and timely completion of operational procedures.
Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all Risk and Control regulations.
Identify, evaluate and deliver process improvement initiatives.
Ensure that documentation is maintained up to date.
Monitoring and chasing queries to ensure timely completion based on deadlines/urgency/escalations.
Taking process trainings for new joiners.
Required qualification, skills and capabilities:
Knowledge of financial instruments, corporate actions/trade life cycle, security transfers preferred
Manage operations with minimal or no supervision.
Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to details.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
