Executive Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative, executive, and personal support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, managing daily tasks, and facilitating effective communication within the global management and the company.

About the Role:
    • Manage GM's calendar, schedule meetings, track expenses, and facilitate communication
    • Draft, edit, and proofread business documents, sheets, and decks, maintaining high confidentiality and discretion
    • Coordinate and organize meetings, prepare agendas, collect materials and record minutes
    • Assist with personal tasks, including managing appointments and coordinating travel
    • Personal tasks should be handled with professionalism and discretion
    • Assist with data analysis and report preparation
    • Support other office operations activities such as monthly newsletter, attendance reporting etc.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for communication on different channels
    • Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
    • Support logistics for meetings, conferences, and events
About You:
    • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, preferably within Hi-Tech companies
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen attention to details
    • Fluent in English – reading, writing, and verbal
    • Proficient in using productivity tools such as Google Drive Applicate Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs), Calendar, email, and conference platforms
    • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
    • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • High availability and flexibility in working hours, including the ability to adapt to changing schedules and handle urgent requests and changing priorities
    • Openness and willingness to receive and learn from feedback, along with a growth mindset
