• Set up new process through validation and qualification, risk assessment through PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis), training of Personnel through SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Resolve manufacturing and quality problems related to methods, processes, tooling, equipment, and product design.
• Participate in new product introductions through process layout, tool development, and new equipment. Ensuring regulatory compliance through Validation & Verification - Plan execution and analysis
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve product design for manufacturability.
• Ensure products are manufactured reliably and perform consistently in specified operating environments.
• Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation, including technical reports and process specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong project management skills
• Fluency in Finnish and English (both written and spoken)

• Experience of Lean Manufacturing concepts and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Experience of technical documentation
• Experience in project managemental tasks, ability to drive project schedule and execution.
• Previous experience in a regulated industry
