Purpose & Relevance:
- Drive the European strategic agenda by implementing change and delivering results through actionable insights and cross-functional business partnerships at the local marketplace level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a positive office culture by ensuring alignment with organizational values, encouraging collaboration among teams, and establishing effective structures and ways of working.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute marketplace plans, providing a cohesive strategy across channels and categories to drive growth.
- Lead strategic projects and business cases aligned with EU and/or local priorities for new business initiatives.
- Communicate project progress and outcomes to the Senior Leadership Team, highlighting successes, necessary interventions, and lessons learned.
- Serve as an expert in project management standards, identifying and leveraging opportunities to upskill the local organization.
Head Office:
- Play a vital role in the local steering committee by enhancing processes and organizational structure, making recommendations based on best practices.
- Act as an internal consultant, challenging and supporting strategy execution with relevant local insights and data.
- Actively engage with the Cluster Business Development Team and senior cross-functional community to prioritize Global and European strategic goals in the work program.
- Facilitate local town halls with key stakeholders, providing insights that drive organizational understanding.
- Prepare content for key Cluster/Market visits (VIP decks).
- Support the Europe Head Office function to drive efficiency and harmonization by managing change across the Market/Cluster.
Marketplace Insights:
- Serve as the local expert on marketplace insights, delivering actionable market and business intelligence.
- Utilize and contribute to a European-standardized insights toolkit across the market.
- Create tailored information packages for internal stakeholders through an aligned communication strategy.
Internal:
- Collaborate with Europe/Zone Business Development, Sales, Finance, Brand/ Marketing teams, and Senior Leadership.
External:
- Engage with market intelligence providers, customers, consumers, and agencies on specific projects.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with proven cross-functional project management expertise.
- High commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential; local language proficiency is beneficial.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years in a relevant industry; experience in sporting goods or fashion is a plus.
- Proven track record in managing and developing cross-functional teams.
- Business or similar degree.
