Key job responsibilities
Write test cases, that are high quality, high value, and maintainable
Execute test cases prepared for testing software builds on 3P products and report bugs accurately.
Test Aptitude: You show a strong ability to find bugs worth fixing. You are a good Ad-hoc tester. Also deep dive into the logs to identify errors and provide the failure analysis back to developers.
Perform Regression, Build Acceptance Testing, Bug Bashes/Adhoc Testing and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality and have experience on QA Process and methodology.
Exhibit domain expertise across multiple components or features of a product. You have knowledge of the features and detailed functional requirements of the work well enough to execute your assigned tests, and find gaps in the test plan/test coverage.
Familiarity with Agile methodology. Working knowledge on defect tracking tools, test management software and SQL.
Ability to install/configure software builds, run automation script, fluency in log retrieval through provided tools and command line prompt.

- Full time Graduate in Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Science.
- 1+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Familiarity using computer and software/experience in usage of any gadgets or devices.
- Ability to understand basics of software testing. You have knowledge of the various forms of testing methodologies (e.g., functional, unit, integration, system, performance, etc.).
- Comfortable communicating on emails and across multiple-management levels.
- Solid organizational skills and team player.
- Attention to details and ability to root cause important issues impacting process or customers.

- Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data.
- Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly.
- Prior Experience in testing any consumer facing software product/device/website will be a plus.
- Creativity to improve the customer experience operations processes.
- Experience in testing systems built on three tier architecture and web technologies.
- Experience in using APIs and Web Services for testing service oriented architecture.
- Experience with automated test scripts/tools using Selenium/Java.
