Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in a management consulting, program management or operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
Experience streamlining existing processes and developing tools and methods to achieve operational efficiency.
Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently, to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with, and ability to influence, senior executives and stakeholders.
Ability to track the record of delivering projects and managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
Ability to connect the dots across teams, insights, and initiatives.
