Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 10 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 8 years with with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SAP or other large-scale ERP system.
- Experience with GAAP and internal control best practices.
- Experience creating accounting memos and process documentation.
- Ability to handle a varied and diverse workload, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, high degree of attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams at all levels.
- Excellent work ethic, agile mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing responsibilities and priorities, and to lead and drive complex initiatives.
