- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Work with hiring managers to create clear and effective job descriptions and recruitment plans.
- Source talent using diverse channels and advanced tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and more.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes, track KPIs, and continuously refine strategies.
- Provide exceptional candidate experiences through clear communication and timely feedback.
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and targeted campaigns to enhance our employer brand.
- At least 5 years of proven full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment.
- Expertise in sourcing top talent using creative, strategic methods and advanced tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, analyzing, and interpreting recruitment data.
- Fluent English (spoken and written) – required for global communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) – an advantage.
