You will be an essential partof our IT and data analytics team as a Splunk Operations Engineer. Your jobwill include focuses on ensuring the smooth operation of Splunk applications.The main responsibilities include managing data, alerts, and dashboards.Additionally, the successful candidate will interact closely with thedevelopment team for issue resolution. Your skills will enable us to use ourdata effectively to guide our business choices.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily Splunk infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Continuously monitor the data flow within Splunk to ensure consistent and accurate data ingestion.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to data pipelines, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of data to Splunk dashboards.
• Oversee the alert workflow within Splunk to ensure that alerts are generated correctly based on defined criteria.
• Manage and maintain the workflow of Splunk dashboards, ensuring they display accurate and up-to-date information.

Must have

• Strong ability to diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot issues in complex data workflows
• Perform root cause analysis on any identified issues and document findings for the development team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with using monitoring tools and practices to ensure data integrity and system reliability. (Optional)
