Associate Tech Operations - Quality
The Quality Associate Tech supervises all manufacturing activities to ensure the best quality.He/She involve in conducting the Quality Audit on shop floor while ensuring consistency between the different structures.
- Ensures that Safety culture is embedded in the day-to-day work as a first priority.
- Performing various tests and analysis on molded products, such as dimensional analysis, visual inspection, material testing, and functional testing, to identify any defects or deviations from the quality standards.
- Must have the knowledge of IQC/IPQC/OQC.
- Maintaining accurate records of quality control inspections, test results, and any non-conformances or defects found. Generating reports to communicate the quality status and addressing any issues or concerns to the relevant departments.
- Investigating and identifying the root causes of quality issues or non-conformances. Collaborating with manufacturing and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and prevent future occurrences.
- Ensures communication of the quality policy to all Team Leaders and workers.
- Ensures that the quality system is compliant with the policy guidelines and properly updated.
- Ensures process review and their improvement.
- Guarantees the alignment of the quality procedures with quality certification of the site (ISO 9001:2015).
- Manages claim customer data base for both internal & external.
- Builds a culture of continuous Improvement to improve production KPIs.
- Prepare the trial and validation report.
- Must having a good knowledge of Measuring equipment like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, UTM etc.
- Shift details – 3shift rotational, 6 days/week
KEY COMPETENCES
- Knowledge of the quality tools (monitoring plans, quality system, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Quality certification standards ISO
- Expertise in Continuous Improvement techniques (Kanban, Kaizen)
- Growth & results oriented mindset with problem solving abilities
- Adaptable, open-minded and quick to respond with ability to plan ahead.
- Transparent communication skills with good emotional intelligence
- Pragmatic organised and methodical.
- English speaking is preferred
Minimum education and experience
- Diploma in engineering or plastics processes knowledge of 3 years
- Or Equivalent professional experience
