Support planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running program or portfolio of programs
Maintain production cadence of any BAU campaigns, and ensuring delivery of metrics and findings are timely, error-free and consistent
Understand internal processes, design and develop automation solutions using SharePoint.
Develop and maintain a robust data repository that will support analytical activities
Conduct analysis to surface root cause of issues and facilitate actions to support stakeholders across lines of business
Contribute to the activities that support requirements to satisfy business needs, for audit purposes and for regulatory reporting
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience
Ability to collaborate by building partnerships and work with others to meet shared objectives
Flexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
Communicates effectively
Technical Skills: Experience in creation and development of Microsoft SharePoint; Advanced Knowledge in Excel (VB Scripts, Advanced Macros); Mark Up Languages : HTML/ XML/CSS/Java script/
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, JQuery, Angular JS, RxJS, REST APIs and functional programming
Education:
Bachelor's/University degree, or equivalent experience
