- Managing Tax Transformation Program lifecycles, governance, communication, delivery and post-delivery study of effectiveness
- Understanding the overall vision of the Tax Transformation program and working with senior leads and key stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities that improve client experience and reduce costs to the firm
- Maintaining cross-work stream program roadmap and identifying what standout features would be delivered during the current, next and future timeframes- Assisting in developing Target Operating Model (TOM) with KPIs/KRIs to support the transition of projects into operations
- Applying best in class practices for project management, business analysis and requirements capture by effectively identifying, assessing, documenting and communicating business requirements for in-scope deliverable to technology- Acting as the bridge between Tax Operations, Technology and Product Development (amongst others)
- Organizing and managing communications with stakeholders and senior managers


Required qualifications, capabilities and skill:

Candidate should have/demonstrate the following qualifications/skills and attributes:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in project management and financial services, and experience managing projects following traditional PLC framework in an Agile delivery environment required
  • Transformational mindset with ability to work with key stakeholders and senior leaders to drive improvements to the client experience and operational excellence
  • Excellent analytical background, problem solving, oral and written communication skills tailored to product and project teams, senior management, and stakeholders with technical backgrounds
  • Demonstrated proficiency/advanced skills using Excel, Signavio, PowerPoint, and efficient knowledge of project planning and tracking tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Exceptional detail-orientation, prioritization, and organizational skills, with logical, structured approach to planning, problem solving and decision-making and ability to think laterally and convey an understanding of the big picture based on conclusions drawn from data analysis
  • Maintains a sense of urgency and ability to prioritize/multi-task, with ability to handle multiple deliverables concurrently to deliver high quality results in committed timeframes
  • Substantial ability to work across diverse groups, build consensus and execute the agreed plans leveraging project management disciplines

Required qualifications, capabilities and skill:

  • Post Graduate and/or MBA (Finance) and related industry benchmark certifications as example - Asset Servicing, KYC, Doc Management
  • Knowledge of Investment Bank businesses
  • Knowledge of US Tax forms, CRS, and FATCA regimes
  • Knowledge of US and non-US Regulations (including Tax)
  • Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, Python or UI path
  • Knowledge of EPIC performance tracking
