In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
• Assisting clients in selection, implementation, and support of packages
• Make strategic recommendations and leverage business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
• Run or support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews
• Develop process maps to understand As-Is and To-Be scenarios
• Use Design Thinking to help solve client's challenges
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in full-cycle implementation and support of SAP MM modules
- Strong expertise in SAP MM submodules, with proven ability to configure and optimize functionalities
- Experience in SAP HANA or S/4 HANA is highly preferred
- Preferably involved in 3–5 full-cycle implementation and roll-out projects
- Demonstrated ability to prepare and write detailed documentation, including functional and technical specifications
- Proficient in using key productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, ticketing applications, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other relevant platforms
- Experience in direct client interaction, including requirements gathering, solution presentation, and issue resolution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in Healthcare industry is a plus
- Familiarity in SAP SD & SAP EWM
- SAP Certification in related field
