As a Client Data Analyst in the Client Account Services (CAS) - Custody Entitlements Team, you will manage electronic banking access for Securities Services clients. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Clients, Client Service/Solutions, Middle Office, and Help Desk, to understand client requirements, manage inquiries, and control access. Your role requires a clear understanding of the Securities Services business and the ability to deliver best-in-class solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Complete client instructions and queries with timeliness and accuracy, adhering to standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
- Perform validations on client instructions and administer user access to electronic banking products in a controlled manner.
- Identify operational risk scenarios and propose mitigation strategies.
- Assist Clients, Client Service, Middle Office, and Help Desk in resolving concerns.
- Anticipate and manage escalation-prone scenarios proactively.
- Promote and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a client liaison role in a financial organization.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Comfortable dealing with both internal and external clients.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven skills in time management and attention to detail.
- Capacity to work under time-sensitive business deadlines independently.
- Amenable to work on a night-time schedule following North America hours.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Flexible to work in shifts.
- Experience with new age tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor, etc.
