Responsibilities:
Focus on operational aspects of TP for U.S. and international related-party transactions. This includes planning, monitoring, compliance, documentation, and audit support.
Implement process improvements to enhance data collection and reporting efficiency.
Liaise with external service providers for the preparation of TP documentation and manage the preparation of TP reports in accordance with local regulations, including preparing tested party financials. Ensure accurate and timely compliance with periodic and annual TP documentation requirements, including country-by-country reporting and Master File reports.
Monitor changes in TP laws and regulations, including BEPS/OECD initiatives, and assess their potential impact.
Manage TP models, including coordinating with the accounting team for journal entries and conducting annual cost center surveys and functional analysis interviews.
Collaborate with the Director of TP Operations as the regional contact for queries related to business initiatives, intercompany pricing policies, TP models, and intercompany agreements.
Review intercompany cross-charges, agreements, and TP calculations prepared by accounting to ensure adherence to TP policies.
