Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience designing and implementing Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions using data integration (ETL) and visualization tools systems.
- 5 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in data, metrics, analysis, and trends.
- Experience in working with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, MATLAB, stata, etc.).
- Knowledge of measurement, statistics, and program evaluation.
- Ability to communicate business questions, pull from large datasets (i.e., SQL), and use statistics to arrive at an answer.
- Excellent business acumen and problem solving skills.
