As an Advisor Engagement Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of training and practice management initiatives for Workplace Solutions advisors. You will work closely with advisors to instill a comprehensive understanding of equity awards and to optimize commercial reinvestment outcomes. Working in a complex, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment, you’ll partner with advisors, product teams, and operations to deliver a seamless and integrated experience for participants and advisors. You should be a problem-solver with a client-first mindset, and inspiring confidence and trust among advisors and internal stakeholders.
Job responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training and prequalification programs for advisors, ensuring alignment with the business’ strategic goals and enhancing advisor effectiveness.
- Prepare and facilitate engaging seminars and webcasts designed to help advisors position equity awards with participants across wealth levels, piquing interest in broader financial planning benefits.
- Develop and manage leads management processes, leveraging systems and tools to track advisor-to-participant engagement metrics and optimize conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with Workplace Solutions team members and broader firm stakeholders to seamlessly integrate advisors into the participant experience.
- Analyze data to refine and target training and lead management strategies, increasing advisor engagement.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to field teams, ensuring successful adoption of enablement programs and sharing industry trends and best practices.
- Serve as a true expert in equity plan reinvestment strategies, articulating these nuances in an easy-to-understand format.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in the equity plan or workplace industry.
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses required for the position; candidates without licenses must obtain them within 90 days of start date.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization, managing tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional public speaking skills.
- Strong communications skills including active listening, the ability to assess needs and adapt approach in real-time, empathy, , and clear communication.
- Ability and willingness to travel (10-20% travel vs in-office anticipated) to deliver onsite seminars to advisors.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in an advisor-facing role is highly preferred.
- Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification is preferred.
