What you`ll do

As a “IT Architecture Associate” in ECS CAE Service Engineering

• Engineering and prototyping of new services as part of the ECS CTO innovation and engineering process.
• Develop concepts to match the requirements of ECS customers with infrastructure and system design.
• Perform or support technical/architectural projects for SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
• Interact with Pre-Sales and Sales on deal requirements (customer focused solution design)
• Support ECS Delivery and ECS Customer Delivery Engagement in critical customer situations and projects.

• Working experience of 1-3 years in the IT Industry as SAP Basis Consultant
• Proficiency in customer communications and presentations
• Proficiency in the SAP BASIS, installation, upgrades
• Good understanding of SAP solutions (releases, platform interdependencies etc.)
• Good understanding of operational aspects (Application or Technical) of SAP solutions.
• Good understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscaler (AWS; MS Azure or GCP) would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in ITIL methodology and IT Operations as well as project management would be advantage.
• Fluency in English.
