What you'll do

As product owner SAP Customer Support your responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead the technological vision and concepts in your functional area, defining the product backlog for the scrum teams you work with
  • Help the development team prioritize tasks, and work with UX designers creating storyboards and mock-ups
  • Decompose customer requirements and internal requirements into small implementable units.
  • Work with customers and partners to identify APIs, reporting and integration requirements.
  • Create rollout material such as presentations, blog posts, demos, and videos. You will present the material at SAP and customer events as well to internal stakeholders.
  • Align and drive integration process management topics with the SAP toolchain.
  • Work with customers (internal and external) and partners to identify needed implementation content.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams from different SAP organizations to ensure orchestrated delivery of the requested features and capabilities


What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience with product management and/or product ownership
  • Superior communications and presentation skills
  • Written and spoken proficiency in German and English
  • Experience in working with scrum teams for technical products
  • SAP product knowledge in implementation or maintenance of projects
  • Experience in project management with a focus on IT projects
  • Experience in working in software support organizations will be a plus
  • Team-orientation and team-work mindset
