What you'll do
As product owner SAP Customer Support your responsibilities will be to:
- Lead the technological vision and concepts in your functional area, defining the product backlog for the scrum teams you work with
- Help the development team prioritize tasks, and work with UX designers creating storyboards and mock-ups
- Decompose customer requirements and internal requirements into small implementable units.
- Work with customers and partners to identify APIs, reporting and integration requirements.
- Create rollout material such as presentations, blog posts, demos, and videos. You will present the material at SAP and customer events as well to internal stakeholders.
- Align and drive integration process management topics with the SAP toolchain.
- Work with customers (internal and external) and partners to identify needed implementation content.
- Collaborate with implementation teams from different SAP organizations to ensure orchestrated delivery of the requested features and capabilities
- 5+ years of experience with product management and/or product ownership
- Superior communications and presentation skills
- Written and spoken proficiency in German and English
- Experience in working with scrum teams for technical products
- SAP product knowledge in implementation or maintenance of projects
- Experience in project management with a focus on IT projects
- Experience in working in software support organizations will be a plus
- Team-orientation and team-work mindset
