Skills and Qualifications

• Admitted as attorney or lawyer;
• At least 10 years as lawyer. Should have experience in law firm and as in-house counsel;
• Excellent communications skills and proficient in English (written and oral);
• Independent at work and is highly motivated;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and is resourceful;
• Possess commercial acumen;
• Logical and analytical skills; Able to manage external counsel; Proficiency in Business and Commercial Law, Contract Law, IP Law, Competition Law, Product Liability Law, Litigation;
• Working knowledge of litigation (both civil and criminal).
